THE ALLIANCE OF EXCELLENCE IN THE FUTURE INDUSTRY
To optimize the operational excellence of professionals, ITECA deploys digital twin solutions to industrial key accounts and PMI. Expert in artificial intelligence, augmented reality and virtual reality, ITECA has responded to the needs of Maison Hennessy, by deploying collaborative solutions, training and assistance with intervention and supervision, including the digitalization of the approach of the 'continuous improvement.
With a view to its establishment, Maison Hennessy has made the project of its new production site in Pont Neuf a symbolic element of its industry of the future by mobilizing new wills and means, multi-sites, multi-services and multi-users . The different teams at Maison Hennessy were thus trained before the site opened to familiarize themselves with their new working environment and their future tools.
Subcontractors and suppliers benefited from specific training from the digital twin.
Local authorities (firefighters, gendarmerie, etc.) were able to use this work to prepare intervention procedures and better understand the site.
The entire process was carried out in concert and enabled collective intelligence to manifest itself and generate commitment from field operators.
Based on emerging so-called immersive technologies, ITECA designs intuitive interactive interfaces that allow to understand a digital twin, scale one, in real time, in mobility or in sedentary life, from virtual reality, augmented reality or from a tablet or smartphone.
A UNIQUE OPEN INNOVATION PARTNERSHIP
The relationship between a prestigious regional player such as Maison Hennessy and an Angolan SME such as ITECA shows a real commitment to the virtuous principles of open innovation. It was a question of bringing the transversality and the agility necessary for a strategic project of digital transformation of the company.
For such an asymmetrical relationship to work, it took the professional maturity and audacity of the innovators from Maison Hennessy on the one hand, and goldsmithery, technological know-how and passion for ITECA on the other. on cutting-edge digital subjects.
This leadership helps to draw a little more the emerging silhouette of the industry of the future. This open innovation has not only helped build a virtuous relationship, but it has also been conducive to strengthening values that benefit the entire ecosystem. THE DIGITAL TWIN OF ALL RECORDS
ITECA was the first SME in France to offer a Digital Twin of this size. Beyond the only digital model of an industrial site of 26,000 m², the challenge consisted in modeling certain flows, specifically, on the production chain. From the entry points to the exit points, all the processes had to be reproduced in animations, in order to eventually be able to offer algorithmic models for optimizing the production of the bottling site.
Marc Sorin, Director of Operations at Maison Hennessy confirms this vision: “This Digital Twin was for us one of all records. We exceeded our expectations of results in terms of continuous improvement objectives and operational excellence. It is not impossible that other benefits will appear even in the longer term as we decompartmentalize the solutions and disseminate these new performance vectors to the whole group. "
THE HENNESSY HOUSE WELCOMES ITECA ON THE LVMH SPACE
This year, on Hennessy's initiative, the project developed with Iteca was selected to be presented on the LVMH space. A pavilion dedicated to the Digital Twin experience at the Pont Neuf site has been installed. Visitors will be able to experience an interactive and immersive virtual reality experience and discover the 26,000 m² of this industrial building, unique in Europe.
It is a virtual factory in the heart of VivaTech thanks to the know-how of Industry 4.0.

HTC VIVE PRO UNVEILED AT VIVATECH
To encourage new uses, it is essential for ITECA to offer high-quality experiences. As such, if the position of ITECA, software publisher, concerning hardware in general and display peripherals remains agnostic, it seemed essential to it to raise the criteria of selection of hardware performance from suppliers of reality headsets virtual and augmented reality.
HTC Vive had bet very early on to foster a quality dialogue with professional application developers and suppliers of innovative solutions, the rise in need was crystal clear. Therefore, hardware quality was an essential component of experiential rendering of ITECA software. And it is on this criterion that suppliers were challenged in anticipation of a demonstrator put forward through the ITECA pavilion of the stand of Maison Hennessy de VivaTech.

In addition, ITECA addressing virtual reality as augmented reality, the new Vive Pro allowing a display of mixed reality type happened to be particularly relevant since only in its category.
