Information you provide through our applications you or your company subscribe :
When you use ITECA mobile applications or desktop applications as part of some of our Services, we may collect information from your device such as unique device ID, device type, operating system, version of your device, and the location of your mobile device.
When you use the ITECA Applications (either Mobile or Desktop), we may track the number of downloads that have occurred.
ITECA may also collect the following information from your use of our applications in order to improve our Service: platform, model, manufacturer, operating system version of the device on which you use our applications, the timestamps in which you launch and exit our applications, geolocation data i.e., longitude and latitude of the location where you use our applications and performance management data.
You may opt-out of location-based services at any time by editing the setting at the device level or by informing the Data Protection Officer of your company or the administrator of your company designated to manage on behalf of your company the use of our applications.

Information you voluntarily provide to us may include, but not be limited to:

ITECA personnel and service providers with access to personal information collected through our Websites or from Event attendees are required to keep such information confidential and secure.

We will retain your personal information if we have a business need to do so or for as long as is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
